Can you export Rhydle records to a spreadsheet?
Yes. Rhydle exports project records as Excel (XLSX) or CSV on both Free and Pro. Choose your projects and period, then save or share a copy. Your original records stay in the app.
Use the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet app that supports the format. You can review the numbers, build your own reports, or share records with someone helping you.
How do you export your project records?
Open Insights
Open the Insights screen to review your project records.
Open Export Options
Tap the share/export icon in the top-right corner to open Export Options.
Choose your records
Choose the projects and period you want to export, then check the record count.
Choose a format and export
Choose Excel (XLSX) or CSV, then tap Export Data to save or share your file.
Can you export on the free plan?
Yes. Free includes Excel and CSV exports for active projects within your available history. The choice of file format does not require Pro.
Pro adds full history, archived projects, custom date ranges, and export summaries. Choose the records available to your plan in Export Options.
What is in the exported file?
When entries are included, the export contains records for your selected projects and period:
- Project name and currency
- Entry dates, income, total expenses, and project profit
- Expense categories and entry notes
Excel gives you a workbook. A CSV export of one project gives you a CSV file; multiple projects come in a ZIP with a CSV for each project. Unzip it before opening the individual files in your spreadsheet.
Does exporting delete your records?
No. An export creates a copy of the selected records. Your account and the original records stay in Rhydle. Exporting is separate from deleting your account.
