You can delete your Rhydle account in the app. Once deletion is complete, your account and its data are permanently removed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Open your profile
Tap on your user profile icon inside the app.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button.
Provide a reason
Select or enter a reason for deleting your account. Your feedback helps us improve Rhydle.
Confirm by email
Enter the six-digit code sent to your email to confirm deletion. Your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion permanently removes all data we have for you. This includes:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- All business and income stream data
- Transaction history and profit records
- App preferences and settings
- Any other information stored on your behalf
This action is permanent
Deleted data cannot be recovered. We do not retain your personal or business data after deletion.
